MOTORSPORTS ARE DANGEROUS. There is an inherent danger and significant risk of personal injury or death involved with motorsports. Racing and other contests of speed should never be done on public roads. Racing or any contest of speed must only be done on a dedicated closed-course with the appropriate safety precautions. Anyone participating in motorsports, including kart racing, assumes this risk. We will not be responsible for any injury or damages arising from any motorsport or racing activities. Competition Karting (and any business partners, marketing partners, or sponsors) disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or use. In no event will Competition Karting be liable for any loss of profits, business, use, or data, or for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Competition Karting ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales of kart racing products and safety equipment ("Products") to you ("Customer" or "you") through our physical store, website, or any other sales channels operated by us. By purchasing Products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies applicable to your purchase.
1. Product Descriptions and Usage
The Company endeavors to ensure that all Product descriptions are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that these descriptions are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. It is the Customer's responsibility to assess the suitability of the Products for their intended use. We sell kart racing products and safety equipment for the general public's use in kart racing activities. These Products are designed to enhance safety but do not guarantee prevention of injury or death.
2. Purchases and Payments
Purchases can be made through our various sales channels. We accept multiple forms of payment, details of which are provided at the point of sale. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that you authorize us to charge your purchase to that payment method.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the address specified by the Customer during the order process. We aim to dispatch Products promptly, but delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns of unused and unopened Products within 30 calendar days after purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at returns@competitionkarting.com. Refunds or exchanges are subject to the condition of the returned Products and are at the Company's sole discretion.

5. Warranty and Liability
The Company warrants that the Products will be free from manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, modification, or normal wear and tear. Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of Products is limited to the replacement of the Products or refund of the purchase price.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other notification. Your continued purchase of Products following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or your purchase of Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
